I just started Muay Thai and BJJ a couple of weeks ago, and I'm really weak. lol I don't have money to buy exercise equipment. So, i was wondering if anybody out there knows any good exercises using no equipment, and just body weight. I need some from my neck down to my legs. Please help, and please be very detailed on the exercises. Thanks.
