I really like UFC 47, pretty sweet card.

83 and 54 weren't too bad either.

Edit- 52 is a greta card too. The UFC has put on some amazing shows, more often than not the cards are on the 7+ side of the scale of 1-10 rather than putting together lackluster cards.

UFC 76.. It was almost a full decision televised card (had Forrest not choked out Shogun it would've been.)

You had Griffin/Tavares, Fitch/Sanchez, Liddell/Jardine, Griffin/Rua, and even a little Lyoto Machida to wet your appetite.

Sorry, had to do it.

Ufc would be 84

Thiago Silva vs Antonio Mendes - Crazy start then Thiago did what he does.

Tito vs Machida - The triangle tito threw at with 1 minute or so to go was crazy. Plus it made me believe he just may be legit.

Goran Relic sp? vs Wilson Gouveia - good fight

Chuck vs Wandy

Bj vs Sherk - Penn showed he really is "that" good and i hate sherk.

And at the end we saw Rameau "So K.O." Theirry actually fighting which was nice.

Damn somebody already got to it! UFC 52, hands down.

The Trigg vs. Hughes fight was absolutely amazing. The pick up, run across the cage and slam was something I'll never forget.

The beat down GSP put on Miller was legendary. Miller's toughness was the most legendary thing about it!

Then, let's not forget Couture vs. Liddell and the famous "eye poke" haha.

Edit: Here's a link to Hughes vs. Trigg 2 from UFC 52. Still considered one of the best fights ever.

it's probably easier to pick out the ones I didn't really care for, which was UFC 78, and that's about it really. ALl the others, even if they weren't outstanding, had something that carried the event. 70 had the GG/CC head kick KO, 72 had Griffin/Guida, etc....

Of the older ones, it's a tough choice, but It's hard not to pick UFC 54...How's this for a line-up:
GSP/Trigg
Couture/Van Arsdale
Diego Sanchez/Brian Gassaway
Sylvia/Telligman (Classic KO)
COuture/Horn
Martin/Irvin (Classic KO)
Lindland/Doerkson

More recently, 63-68 were all classic because of the main events alone; plus, they were all well put together, 69 would have been if not for the Kos/Diego snoozefest, 71 was special because it lived up to the HUGE hype around it, 74-77 were all excellent IMO, as was 79-84

Damn, it's hard to pick just one..But I gotta agree with UFC 52 as a top choice, along with UFC 44

UFC 49 is damn hard to beat.

Yves Edwards vs. Josh Thompson (one of the best KO's ever)
Karo Paryisan vs. Nick Diaz (one of the best fights I've ever seen, crazy action)
David Terrell vs. Matt Lindland
Joe Riggs vs. Joe Doerkson
Chuck Liddell vs. Vernon White
Randy Couture vs. Vitor Belfort 3

UFC 51 is another personal favorite.

Nick Diaz vs. Drew Fickett
Karo Parisyan vs. Chris Lytle
Paul Buentello vs. Justin Eilers
Evan Tanner vs David Terrell
Andrei Arlovski vs Tim Sylvia 1
Phil Baroni vs. Pete Sell
Tito Ortiz vs. Vitor Belfort

UFC 43 is a good one as well.

Pedro Rizzo vs Tra Telligman 2
Falaniko Vitale vs Matt Lindland 1
Frank Mir vs Wes Sims 1
Vernon White vs Ian Freeman
Vitor Belfort vs Marvin Eastman
Yves Edwards vs Eddie Ruiz
Kimo Leopoldo vs Tank Abbott
Randy Couture vs Chuck Liddell 1
