Kinda looks like Lou Diamond Phillips in the movie the Big Hit..but i could be wrong.

Urg, i get shudders every time i see that little bastard pennywise.I remember the first time i saw that film, i was about 6, i dont think i slept for days. All i remember is the part where he makes that chick a cup of tea or whatever pretending to be the old women, then it turns to blood or something. Still creeps me out.
