I've heard he's pretty damn good but Menjivar is a tough test straight out the gate.

I voted no. But tonight will answer that question.
If he losses decisively tonight then I think it'll be safe to say no. And if he runs thru Menjivar I'd say yes.
Menjivar isn't exactly a force but he's no slouch either. Good first fight for Gashimov.
