Andrei Arlovski UFC 70 instead of 69.....

I've seen on 3 different sites Andrei Has been confirmed for UFC 70 across the pond. Cro Cop is also on the card....will they meet so soon???

I doubt it, they will pobably save that for a possible title fight.

did you hear Cro Cop has plans to have the Heavy Weight belt by summer and fight Fedor in at Pride's New Years Eve show to prove he is the #1 heavy weight.

i hear he is fighting Cro Cop, and Cro Cop will challenge for the belt after this fight. The fight with Arlovski will be a nice treat, i think Andrei will definately stand and trade with him. it is a little interesting because Cheik Kongo is on the card (supposedly) as well. He looked ral good in his opener, i wonder if he looks again if he will move up to fight one of the top 4 or 5

crocop will face cheik kongo for the next fight.. then take on tim sylvia (presumably he wins over randy) to win the belt. then cc will have to face SYLVIA(again), ARLOVSKI AND COUTURE.. he defends the belt all three times, leave ufc and fight fedor on MAYBE the NYE card, maybe not because dana might prolong his fighting arrangements..

I think Arlovski vs. cro cop would be a great match. I'd be on cro cop though. I think he'll dominate in the UFC

Yea, i'd have to say that would be highly unlikely. Can't remember the last time the UFC let somebody get 6 fights in less than a year.

I cant see them fighting so soon but if they do my money is on Crocop. My guess is AA vs Kongo and Crocop vs another up an comer like Obrien or Hardonk. Just more fuel for the Croatian fire. I think they will want to let AA build his comeback up a bit so he can be a title defense for Crocop one day.

well dana said that he will likely be giving Cro Cop one more fight before the title fight (source: Sherdog.com front page) and you got to bet that it will be a top contender...that being said i think it is a good possibility that the two will meet in Manchester.

This makes sense to me for CC's next match. I don't think they will waste too much time putting him up against cans, especially knowing how much they are paying him.

they still dont want to risk cc losing, if he does lose most likely it will be to arlovski so why would they fight if neither is champion.. i think dana white knows that tim sylvia is a boring champion and doesnt generate any income for the hw division.. so the moneymaker for the ufc in 2007 will be crocop vs arlovski title match (cc defending)..

They won't meet yet but when they do it will be an awesome fight. I give both fighters a 50/50 chance.

I think either Arlovski or Crocop will fight Kongo, They will not fight each other. If Crocop and Arlovski both win there next fights it will be good. Crocop will get to fight Sylvia, and Arlovski will probably fight another can and then fight Crocop if he beats Tim.
