Andrei Arlovski To Hold Press Conference To Announce His Future

Andrei Arlovski will be holding a media day this Tuesday in Los Angeles to announce his plans for the future. Many are speculating that Arlovski will announce his departure from the UFC for either Affliction or Adrenaline MMA.

Arlovski will hold the media day at Wild Card Gym in Hollywood where he'll be working on his boxing and conditioning with Freddie Roach and Alex Ariza.

I won't sleep until tuesday! Whatever he does I hope he's fighting soon! Rothwell would be a great fight for him as the KO will look highlight real! But if he signs with the UFC I want to see him take the title from Nog! Either way he's getting the win! I'm pumped man!

I really hope he stays with the UFC.....

Me too he can still be really successful in the heavyweight division I think.

You should be happy if he leaves right now there are more exciting fights for him outside the UFC IMO. I just hope if he leaves he leaves like Cro Cop and Bit Tim, and not like Tito.

I'd love him to get the same sort of deal Cro Cop got man! He could sign with Affliction and get some quality fights under his belt with a new contract waiting for him with the UFC when he's ready. You're right though. The best HW are outside the UFC so I'd love him to keep fighting the best. Andrei is only just entering his prime so he's still only going to get better. Either way though I just want to see him fight!

This will be another blow to the HW division that the UFC can't afford. Pay him what he wants Dana !

im hopeful that holding a big press conference is just some way for dana to get some good media for a change. this would be one way for the ufc to have a decent report on the hw division

i hope he stays with the ufc too.

I hope he leaves. With the exception of Nog (which I think he'd lose, sorry SmileR), there are much better HW match-ups for him OUTSIDE the UFC.

Aleks or Barnett would be great fights.

I hope he goes wherever the best fights for him are, and if thats outside the UFC then screw them. People don't realize how many good HW's there are outside the UFC. They think since its the UFC they are automatically the best. if he does leave that will mean the UFC has 3 of the top 10 heavyweights in the world, why should he stay there?

Crying shame if he leaves the UFC. He is still a major contender and nobody would be suprised to see him reclaim the title.

I hope he doesnt leave Arlovski is the man, he is UFC's true heavyweight champion, I really wouldnt be interested in seeing him destroy Rothwell anyways, he needs the top level of fighting and that is UFC baby !
