I've got his videos, I've got the flexibility to do rubber guard but I'm 285 and my muscle, makes some techniques difficult to pull off. The rubber guard is amazing but as a heavyweight you've really got to have long lanky legs to use it on another big heavyweight.

I'm 6'5 with good flexibility so rubber guard is a life saver for me.

Yeah it's on a whole different level if you are tall or in the lighter weight classes.

I am 6'6" 238 with good flexibility so rubber guard is my friend, too. I also normally walk around at about 225 but I put on a little and am now back in the gym to lose it.

Im 5'9 148lbs and I have construction workers knees, I can hold rubber guard about as long as Oprah can resist a honey ham
