I guess you can actually win fights by failing to take someone down.

Don't see how people thought Tiabu won. Didn't seem like he did much while Khabib was aggressive.

You should be able to leave in the hands of the judges.

They were on the same page for the other fights.

Shit....I'm glad for him sorry for me I knew Habib won when they all came back 30-27 because no way did Tibau win the first. You can't award a fight to a guy that did nothing offensively in a fight, and Tibau did nothing.

Khabib pressed him against the cage, but nothing came of that. I think the judges played into that too much, even though it is octagon control.


Takedowns score big or even attempting takedowns probably scores you more points than defending the takedown.

While defending takedowns scores you nothing.

Tib landed the bigger shots. Tib took him down with ease.

He missed so many of those looping haymakers it wasn't even funny

This should be quick and exciting

I knew when I heard 30-27, it was going to be Khabib, b/c I didn't have Tibau winning the first.

But really, both guys shouldn't be happy with that performance, ecspecially Tibau a long time veteran, who should be improving and doing better than that. I thought he would be able to get the takedown and control once in a while.

I think it was Forrest who said something about defending the takedown scores you nothing.

If Tibau had gotten the decision it would have put me at 4-0 with 44pts and would have hit my parlay.

They'll be talking about Guillard putting it together when he's Vitor's age.
