I think a beard hurts more than it helps. Punches dont slip off as easily, making the button an easier target, and there's added resistance to try and slip out of chokes.

But added protection? It's Hair. Hair isnt going to absorb any impact.

I would score it a rd each, Pierce did well in the 2nd rd.

Hendricks looks like the much smarter fighter

I'm wondering why Charlie Brennerman didn't just wrestle Hendricks down like Brennerman did to Story.

I like Hendricks but I think he simply lacks killer instinct

If Hendricks doesn't win i'd really be surprised.

Good scrap. I think Hendricks takes the nod ever so slightly. More damage and blows landed

Easy. He's not good enough.

Great, close fight. But I really think Hendricks won... He just seemed to do more damage overall...that's my gut.

If I recall.. Brenneman did just that in the 1st round... but Hendricks KO'd him early in the 2nd before there was really enough time to wrestle.

I thought Pierce won the second and pushed the action in the third easily witht eh takedown...and I picked Hendricks

Dammit. Parlay is blown and I'm 1-2. Come on Menjivar.

I think I had it 2 rds to Hendricks and 1 to Pierce

Doesnt matter to me i think his demeanor lacks it and i think he coulda won this fight easily if he swarmed a little more he fought smart but I dont agree with the decision...Im sure he won on strikes landed but by the round I dont think he won...Round 3 was even besides the TD IMO...
