Apparently Rampage has disliked Rashad since way back in the day when Rashad disrespected one of his training partners during a fight in a smaller promotion. At the time, Rashad was a Rampage fan and asked to come train with him. Rampage said no due to the fact that he had just disrespected his teammate.
