UFC 100's two successful title defenders, heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and welterweight title-holder Georges St. Pierre, each earned event-high $400,000 paydays from the July 11 event.

MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) today requested and received the list of official disclosed salaries from Nevada State Athletic Commission executive director Keith Kizer.

UFC 100, which took place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, had a total disclosed payroll of $1,790,000.

He got paid a "flat" fee. he would've made $400K win or lose. Some other fighters, most notably Chuck Liddell, have/had similar deals.

I thought some fighters got paid really well, Dong Hyun Kim got a good pay day imao.

Good paydays all around i think.

Yeah, the perks of being at the top of the sport. Let's not forget the cut of PPV sales Brock probably gets as well.

If Alves had won, he would have made $120K, so he would have made more. If Mir had won, he would have made $90K, which is the same as Fitch. Winners get paid more (and they should).

Don't forget that Fitch probably has a good contract for the massive winning streak he's been on (and he's only lost to a man who looks unbeatable at this point), including a victory over Alves. Also, Frank Mir probably still has a contract from his shakier period in the UFC post-accident.
