OP is talking about the old guy that came out with Punk and Skyskrape I would imagine, and I have no idea who it is. Just tried to do some googling about it and nothing mentioned.

I would probably need to see the actual picture but it sounds like you are talking about Marc Kreiner. I believe he is the President of TapouT.
