Bob Kucera's Martial Arts Academy - Silverhill, AL

I have been knowing and training with Grandmaster Bob Kucera off and on since 1972 shortly after he came home from Korea after serving there as a Green Beret. At that time Bob held the rank of Shodan and as his 12th student, I remember that he trained me and all of his other students for years just because of his love for the art and to have people to train with. I received my black belt under him and Shihan Rick Chenoweth. Bob is a true Grandmaster and a true Martial Artist. He received his Shodan as I said, while in Korea under Master Choi Wa Sung. Rarely does someone come into your life that you are willing to actually place your life in their hands without worrying about the outcome. Bob is one of those people. He will always be my close friend and hero. Love ya Bob!
