By far the BEST school ive ever been to! We love it! The instruction is second to none!!! Professional training in a family frieldly safe envorinment. We highly recommend Sifu Shields and Ashley Nee to anyone looking to learn a martial art for recreation or personal protection.

My family and I love SSMAA! Our shy 6-year old is quickly coming out of her shell and making wonderful friends in her Muay Thai classes. At the same time, my wife enjoys every opportunity to practice her Triangle chokes on me in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! ;) Sifu Shields and Ashley Nee are wonderful instructors with a wealth of knowledge! We love our 'family-time'!!

This guy knows his stuff and can explain it and teach it in remarkable detail. Mr.Shields is well versed in many styles and has years of experience and it shows. The staff is very professional and helpful. A must go to if you want to get really good!
