| Several different programs are offered to meet your needs, including: Muay Thai, Boxing, Submission Grappling, Stick and Knife Fighting, and Tai'Kor CQC (Close Quarter Combat). Other programs include: Functional Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, and Consultation for Exercise, Fitness, and Nutrition Programs. We also offer Self-Defense Courses for any age or gender group. These areas of study offered by Coach Ward through Sun Devil Combat Sports, where Ward teaches an accredited MMA program for the Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus. |

He is a great coach, I wasn't too sure at first because he is a big man. He definately knows what he is talking about. Not only does he go step by step for new people, but for the more advanced they too help out. The environment is great, the students are nice, and the coach is very knowledgable. I will definately be returning for more.
