Outstanding instruction, great family atmosphere. Programs in Karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Vale Tudo (MMA). Most jiu-jitsu schools in the area do not have a black belt instructor...Triad has 3 black belts, and a 2011 brown belt Pan Am champion. Additional location in Madison, AL. Can't say enough good things about Triad, training there has changed my life for the better!

Excellent training area and well instructed teachers. Much attention to detail and instruction to students. Best training in Alabama and or the South!
