Velocity Martial Arts - Pompano Beach, FL

I looked all over lighthouse point, deerfield beach, and pompano beach and Velocity Martial Arts - American Top Team of Pompano is the best karate school out there. There are Pro mixed martial arts fighters and national and internationally ranked taekwondo fighters in the class with you. I just cannot say enough about this place

Im a cardio kickboxing mom with a son in taekwondo here at velocity martial arts. The cardio kickboxing class is one of the best i have ever been to. When it comes to fitness i have never been the kind to long distance run. Its too boring. Here im doing Mixed Martial Arts kicks and punches on a bag, using resistance bands, kettle bells, medicine balls and dumbells. fun fun fun:)

I am the Program Manager. This school has it all. Tae Kwon Do (traditional & olympic), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, Mixed Martial Arts (men & women), Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Spring & Summer Camps, After School Pick Up, and GREAT Private Lesson Programs. All arts are taught by a master in that field.
We are also American Top Team of Pompano Beach and are lucky enough to have the Co-Owner/Founder "Conan" Silveira leading our MMA and BJJ classes.

velocity martial arts is a great school. i have been training here for about a year and this place is the best martial arts academy in the area,even my friends from out of town love stoping by because we are trained by the very best instructors and they help us reach our full potential

My kids have been with Velocity for almost 2 years. A great group of people. They are passionate about what they do and great with the kids. They put the student first, not the contract. Have had other experiences. This is the place for us we are very happy there!

Great teachers. I did not have to sign a contract and i have stayed for about 6 months now. I do Cardio Kickboxing and yoga. My husband does the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Definately check this place out.
