LKA's chief instructor, Takayuki Mikami is respected both in the US and Japan. The karate he teaches is effective, and is one heck of a work out as well. There are classes for adults and children of all ages and experience levels. People in the dojo are also very friendly and treat each other like family. If you train there I'm confident you'll have a very good experience.
