| Lafayette Colorado MMA Martial Arts Objective: To offer weekly classes teaching the matrix of martial arts that make up all four ranges (kicking, punching trapping and grappling) of Jeet Kune Do, MMA. To offer students a chance to safely train the Filipino martial arts both empty hand and the ones that emphasize the blade and escrima stick. To introduce students to JKD’s dimensions of self defense, self perfection, athletics/competition, and attribute development.
