I trained with Sidekicks for the last 6 months and love every class. Everyone here treats you like family and with alot of respect. The coaches really care and teach really awesome classes. If you are looking for a gym in Nampa, definately come here!

Sidekicks changed my sons life! They give their students much more than fighting - they give them confidence - esteem - focus - discipline - control - and respect.

Just fought at a full-contact Muay Thai event here today.
There was also grappling, point sparring, board-breaking, etc. The divisions included women, children, men, beginner, advanced, etc. There were sooo many people competing today it was incredible. As a long-time Martial-Artist, I was very happy to see how successful the event was here in little Idaho.
Chris, Opie, Chuck, Ryan, Todd & company did an outstanding job keeping everyone going and everything inline so everybody was able to compete, and there was no wasted time. They deserve a hand for their hard work.
Also, I am not a student there, and this is my first time competing at an event at this location. -Bill

Great for programs structured for kids, youth, young adult, and adults. They even have a MMA fighter/training team for those interested in going pro. Awesome school and programs that develope well rounded martial artists with a whole life view.
