My son and I started about 3 months after my youngest daughter started. My children love it, I can honestly say I love it even more than them.
They encourage and help build strength not only physically, but mentally. I have noticed a difference in not only my kids - but myself also.
I would recommend PKSA Davison to all.
More importantly - even if you don't think you can do it....you CAN!

Me and my son have been training here for 9 months and we love it. The instructors are awesome and Master Lyle is one of the greatest people we have ever met. I highly recomend this Do Jang.
