Kioshi Seiken Takamine teaches Traditional/ Ancient Okinawa Karate. Self defense techniques with the objective of controlling your opponent.
It is not design for exercise, weight loss, or boosting one’s confidence/ego.
It is the study of an art requiring the study of forms and the sharpening of one’s own ability to control his or her moves.
It is truly amassing if one is able to appreciate the depth of “knowledge.”
